Sakartvelo - Georgia is a small country situated in the Caucasus between Europe and Asia. Its population hardly reaches 5 million. The country stretches from Black Sea subtropics up to the snow-peaked mountains. Georgians have been dwelling on this land since the times of Argonauts. The people created a great number of valuable things such as remarkable architecture, lively dances and surprising polyphonic songs. Besides this, and it is not less important, Georgians have devised a lot of varied, original, savory, healthy, delicious dishes - proper food for Caucasian centenarians.
